On Sunday, May 3rd host Ira Glass will bring the wildly popular radio show This American Life to the big screen for a one-show only live event. Each week on the radio, This American Life presents humorous and profound essays, monologues and audio documentaries, all centered on a theme.

In this unique event, the radio show will be performed live by Ira Glass and several popular contributors - including Dan Savage, David Rakoff, Starlee Kine, Mike Birbiglia and Dave Hill Plus a new cartoon by Chris Ware, additional visuals by Arthur Jones, and a very special appearance by Joss Whedon, creator of Buffy the Vampire Slayer! The performance will last around two hours. This exclusive theatrical presentation in HD and Cinema Surround Sound is a captured live re-broadcast of the April 23 event.

In Montreal, the event will be presented on May 3rd at 2:00 PM, at the AMC Forum 22 theatre in the Pepsi Forum, 2313 Ste-Catherine W., Metro Atwater.
